These regulations (booking conditions and rules of conduct) must be respected by all guests and visitors to the domain. By paying the invoice, the tenant declares to know and accept the booking conditions and rules of conduct.
After making a booking request you will receive an invoice by email. The deposit (50% of the total amount) must be paid within 15 days of receiving the invoice. Only after payment is the booking final. If the amount is not paid 15 days after receipt of the invoice, the booking request expires.

The number of persons per tree house (as mentioned on the website), plus 2 additional persons as a visitor by booking a floating tent, corresponds to the maximum allowed occupancy, taking into account the available facilities. For safety and insurance reasons, this number may not be exceeded.
No visitors are allowed on the site, except for those who have booked (tree house and possibly floating tent). Exceptions may be permitted but must be requested by the tenant in writing well in advance. This must then be approved in writing by Treelodge.
If visitors are allowed, we must receive a written overview of these visitors in advance (first name - surname - age - reason for visit).
Bringing pets/animals is not allowed on the Treelodge domain.
